RECRUITING LABOR TO AUSTRALIA FOR AGRICULTURE VISA

1. Recruitment conditions:

– Gender: Male/Female

– Age: from 20 to 30 years old

– Health: Good health without infectious diseases…

– Qualification: Graduated from high school or higher, English IELTS 4.5 Or PTE 30,+ TOELP.IBT

2. Job content:

Cultivation, horticulture, farming, produce, wool, barley, meat processing, fisheries and forestry

3. Contract duration:

– Up to 4 years (subclass 403 allows multiple exits)

– Can be extended many times.

– It is possible to convert a long-term resident visa to stay in Australia according to Australian settlement law.

4. Basic salary: From 20 – 25AUD/hour ~ 336,000 VND ~ 420,000 VND/hour

5. Total expected income: From 4,500 – 5,600AUD/month (Equivalent to 75 – 94 million VND/month)

6. Rights and responsibilities:

– Housing fee and electricity and water will be supported by the employer according to regulations.

– Food and personal living expenses are self-sufficient.

– Overtime work, overtime salary will be calculated according to Australian labor law.

7. If you live far from the workplace, the Company will arrange a shuttle bus to the workplace.

8. Full recruitment form:

The company will select suitable candidate profiles and send them to the Australian partner.

9. Documents to be submitted:

– Curriculum Vitae (with local certification stamp): 2 originals

– Birth certificate, citizen identification card, household registration: 2 notarized copies

– Degree: 1 original and 2 notarized copies

Passport (Minimum 3 years validity): 1 original and 2 notarized copies

– Criminal record number 2: 1 original and 2 notarized copies

– 10 Photos 3.5 x 4.5 and Photo 4×6 (Photo taken in white shirt, white background)

10. Time to receive documents:

Starting to receive applications from February 2022

11. Time to exit:

Expected from 4-6 months from the time of sending all documents to Australia.
